WITNESSBTH, That if the said party of the second part shall first make the
pa3 ants and perform the covenants herinafter mentioned, the said party of
the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said
party of the second part, all interests whatever, o++ned or otherwise, in
the Automobile s and Equipment listed on pages 1-2-3 E: 4 of the attached
exhibit.
The said party of the second part hereby covenants and agaves to pay to the.
said party of the fiatt part the sum of TfVO THOUSAND FIVB tiUNDRBD THIRTY
EIGHT DOLLARS ($2,538.00) together with interest at the rate of six '_
per cent per annum, in the manner foll~ing:

which time party of the second part will pay to the party of the first part .-
the sum of $858.00 in cash. '

It is further agreed that party of the first part will retain all interests >`.
in H,Bea~s,Bulkhead xnd Structural Steel presently stored in salrage Bard
at St.Lucie-Old Dixie Highway ,and further that party of the second part
will provide storage space at no cost to the party of the first part ~til + ~
such time as party of the first part may dispose of suhh property.
It is further agreed that party of the second part Kill transfer and assume
all obligations in connections with telephone and utilitq service gnd
will negotiate directly with landlord for rental of property.
