# The Mortgagor further covenants and agrees that if
Mortgagor does not make the payments on the first mortgage
as they become due, then the Mortgagee may make such pay-~
manta and add the same to the principal of this mortgage,
and the acme shall become secured by this mortgage and such
payments shall bea r interest at the rate of 8 per cent per
annum. If payment is not made within 7 days after due date,
there will be a. late charge of X1.00.
