L ~(/_~ together with all the buildings and other struc~urea now or hereafter on said land, including, ao far as they now or mxy hereafter belong to or be used with said real estate or buildings thereon and whether attached or dettched, all elevators, all gas, steam, electric or other heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, sir-conditioning, sprinkling, irrigating, water and power systems, appliances, fixtures and apparatus; all storm and screen windows and doors, and all other fixtures. TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with al! and singular the tenements, here;lita- meY~ta and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the rents, issues and profits thereof unto tl:e Mortgagee in fee simple. And the Mortgagors hereby covenant with the Mortgagee: that the Mortgagor$ are indefeasibly seised of acid land in fee simple; that the Mortgagors have full power and lawful right to convey Said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawf.:l for the Mortgagee at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land, and every part thereof, is free from all liens and incumbrancea; that the l;dortgagora will make such other and further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to said lane in the Mortgagee as may herEaf-_er reasonEbly be required; and that the Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said laid and every part thereof and will de- fend the same agaihat the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
