a corporation existing under the Laws of the State of Florida having its
principal place of business in the County of

party of the first part, and CEN~2AL AND SOL~N FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT,
a body corporate, created by the Acts of the Florida Legislature of 1949, with its
principal office in West; Palm Beach, and whose Post Office Box is 1671, West Palm
Beach, of the County of Palm Beach, in the State of Florida, party of the second
part;
WITNFSSE'PH: That the said party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable considerations
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of tine second
part, its successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie State of Florida, to wit:
A strip of land 150 feet in width, in Section 31, Township 34 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying Northeasterly of,
contiguous and parallel to the following specifically described lime:
From the Northeast (NE) corner of said Section 31, bear South
0° 50' 29" West, along the east line of said Section, a dis-
tance of 389.02 feet to the point of beginning; said point of
Beginning being the point of curvature of a curve concave to
the Northeast (NE), having a central angle of 12° 13' 12", a
radi~..s of 6079.58 feet and a long chord bearing of North.70°
29' 12" West; Thence, Northwesterly, along the arc of sated
curve a distance of 1296.65 feet to the North line of said
Section 31, and the end of the specifical]~y described line.
The bearings in the above description refer to the standard plane rec-
tangular coordinate system for the Fast Zone of Florida.
This deed is given subject to oil, gas and mineral reser-
vations now appearing of public record in St. Lucie county,
Florida.
