Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ETHEL WEAVER, who, after being being first duly cautioned and sworn,
sayss
(a) That she is one and the same ETHEL WEAVER who took title
to certain property as hereinafter set forth.
(b) That CLARENCE WEAVER and ETHEL WEAVER were married to
each other prior to and on February 20, 1954, the date they
took title to the subject property by Warranty Deed from N.
B. Trunrell and Lillie F. Trunnel, his wife, recorded in
Deed Book 1g8, page 399, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
(c) That CLARENCE WEAVER and ETHEL WEAVER remained married
to one another up to and including the death of CLARENCE WEAVER
on August 21, 1962.
