RIGHTS TO STATE OF FLORIDA ,
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by the. STATE OF FLOR-
IDA, by and through its component agency, The State Road Dorsrtment of Florida,945 0~~602 ~'

WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road ~ subi held

• WHEREAS, nn behalf of the State of Florida a requP,st has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the pi ~perty dghta of the State of Florida in and to the portion of the
premises hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: 'That for and in cc+nsideration of the premises and one dollar
and other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged, the under-
signed subordinates said encumbrancb to the property rights of the State of Florida, to locate, construct,
maintain and/or improve said section of road over, thr u h, n, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in ~~• L~cie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 5 feet of the South 35 feet of Lot 13, excepting therefrom
the West 245 feet of said Lot 13; the North 10 feet of the South
35 feet of the West 245 feet of said Lot 13; the North 5 feet of
the South 35 feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16, all in the NWT of Section
4, Township 36 South, Range 39 Eaat, according to a plat of a sul;-
di~ision of said Section 4, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 30 of the
pLiblic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom
existing right of way for public roads and drai~e canals, contain-
ing 0.30 of an acre, more or less.
It being the intent of this document to cover the North 10 feet of
the South SO feet of the West 245 feet of said Lot 13 and the North
5 feet of the South 45 feet of that part of the NCI} of said Section 4,
