THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th ~ _ day of ---December

Turnpike Authority, a body corporate under the Laws of the State of

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for

in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents does remise, release and q~:it-claim
unto the sai3 party of the second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all the estate, right, title, lien, equity, interest, claim
and demand which the party of the first part has in and to the follow-
ing described property in the County of. St. Lucie, State of Florida,

399.77 fzet to a point of intersection with a circular curve
to the left, having a radius of 5929.58 feet and a central

center of said circular curvet run thence Easterly along the
arc of said circular curve for a distance of 40.00 more or less
feet to a point in a line that lies parallel with and 40.00 feet
