TO HAVE AND Td HOLD the same together with all and singular the
;,ppurtenances thereunto belonging or`in-any wise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, lien, interest and claim whatsoever of the said
party of the first part, either to law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns forever.
Owner, for itself and its successors, and assigns, does hereby a-
gree to release to the Florida State Turnpike Authority and their suc-
cessors and assigns any and all abutter's rights, including access right;,
appurtenant to any remaining lands of the Owner, of which the above-des-
cribed real estate shall have formed a part prior to this conveyance, in,
over, and to the above-described rea]. estate, including such rights with
respect to any turnpike constructed thereon.
.Owner, for itself and its successors, and assigns, does hereby re-
lease and forever discharge the Flot•ida State Turnpike Authority, their
successors and assigns, from any damage~to any remaining lands of the
Owner which results from the conveyance severing the above-described real
estate from said remaining lands of Owner, for the purpose of construct-
ing and maintaining the Sunshine State Parkway upon the above-described
real estate, and from any damage arising from any cause whatsoever to the
date hereof in connection with surveying for, drilling ir. connection with,
and constructing the Sunshine State Parkway.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its President, and its corpor-
ate seal to be affixed, attested by its Secretary the day and
