TILLIS and FANNIE PEARL TILLIS, his wife, herein ca=fled the "Seller", ands ALVIN M. MILLER, JR, and DOROTHY L. MILLER, his wife, herein called the "Purchaser", ._ WHEREIN, it is mueually agreed as follows: 1. If the Purchaser shall first make the payment and keep, observe and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and to be kept, observed and performed, the Seller covenants and agrees to convey and issue to the Purchaser, in fee simple, free and cleat- of all encumbrances whatsoever, except as herein otherwise provided, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, all that certain property situated and lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 5 and the West half of Lot 6, Block D, Riverview Manor Subdivision, according to Plat thereof recorded in flat Book 9, page 69, public records of St. Luc ie County, Florida. Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record. 2. The purchase price therefor shall be the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (~7, 200.00) DOLLARS, which the Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees to pay to the Seller as follows: (a) Sixty° Five ($65.00) Dollars in cash, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the Seller; and, (b) The balance vi ~:%, 135.00 shall be due in equal monthly payments of $65.00 a month each until the principal amount due hereunder is paid in full. The first monthly payment shall be due and payable on October 10, 1962 3.
