The Grantor, J. W. WHITAKER, JR., joined by his wife,
ARDELLE HILL {,'HITAKER, of 1509 Lake Cannon Drive, Winter Haven,
Florida, in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
valuable considerations received from the Grantee, hereby grant
and convey to the Grantee, H. AGGIE WHITAKER, JR., whose post
office address is 40 Black land Road, N.E., Atlanta 5, Georgia,
the real property described below.
The NE-1/4 of SW-i/4 of Section 9, Township 37
South, Range~38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida;
LESS any part thereof lying east of the center
line of an existing road, as the same is de-
scribed in paragraph 1 (a) of an easement for
roads and canals given by alright W. Carlton and
Annie G. Carlton, his wife, to Edsall Gro~~es,
Inc. and Herschel A. Auxier, dated June 2, 1961,
recorded i.n Official Records Book 11, page 321,
and to W & W Groves Company, Inc., and others,
dated June 20, 1961, -ecorded in Official Records
Book 12, page 534, all in the public records of
St, Lucie County, Florida; and

over that part thereof lying y
of said road center line, as said easement
appears in the instruments identified above and
similar instruments now appearing in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As an appurtenance to the property conveyed hereby,
the Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee the
Grantor's rights under that certain non-exclusive easement
for roads and canals given by W. W. Carlton snd wife to
J, W. Whitaker, Jr., and others, dated May 7, 1962, filed for ,
record on May 9, 1962, recorded in Official Records Book 36,
page 132, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
this conveyance is subject to slid easement.
The Grantor hereby assigns to the Grantee all of
Grantor's rights under that certain lease given by W. W.
Carlton and wife, to Texaco, Inc., dated November 5, 1959,
filed for record on September 12, 1960, recorded in Deed Book
261, page 311, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
insofar as the same pertains to the property conveyed hereby,
aad this conveyance is subject to said lease.
