St. Lucie County, Florida, as said roadway runs along or
near the east boundarq of the W-1/2 of Raid Section 9, and
(b) an easement for roadway over a strip of land thirty
feet wide located adjacent to and alongside the west side
of said canal. This conveyance is subject to said ease-
ments, and the Grantor grants and conveys to the Grantee
the rights and benefits of the Grantor under said ease-
ments.
The Grantor covenants that the property is free
of all encumbrances (except as stated above), that lawful
seisin of and good right to convey the property are vested
in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to the property and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
Dated as of this 1st day of Decembe/-r!, 1962.
