That if Purchaser shall fail to promptly make paymanta as provided to ba wads

said property the entire unpaid balance of this contrace shall immediately mature
and become payable at tee option of Halsey and Griffith, Inc.. That if the said
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. ehali place this contract in the hands of a~~ attorney for
collection Purchaser agrees to pay all coats and expanses of such collection, includ-
ing a reasonable attorney's fee.
The title to the said above described property shall remain in the said Halaay
and Griffith, :nc. until the whole aaour.* ~f the purchase price shall have bean paid.
Purchase agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purchase any goods from the
said Halsey ~ Griffith, Inc. before the above describ~ad Loads are paid for in full,
that the said Halsey ~ Griffith, Inc. may apply any subaequant payments that Purchaser
may hereafter make on account of the said subsaquantly purchased goods, until thaq ar~i
fully paid for before allowing further credit on this account.
In the event that the propsrty daseribad in this contract la injured or destroyed
by fire, or otherwise, the loss shall fall upon the purchaser and not upon the said
Halsey 6 Griffith, Inc. and the debt under this contract shall not be in wiea, affect- I
ed or destroyed thereby.
Halsey 6 Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at and lima, after default in an; ~~
payment of any installment of the purchase price of the property described herein for
a period of five (5) days, by its servants and agents, to enter upon the premises
where said property is located and take possession of the same, without legal process,
and all payments made up to the time of such default shall ha considered and applied
as rant for the use of the property, and ito depreciation in value.
