That if the said PARTIES of the SECOND PART shall first

make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said PARTIES of the
FIRST PART hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said PARTIES of the SECOND PART, their heirs, executors, admini-
atrators or assigns, in fee siaaple, clear of all encumbrances,
by a good and sufficient Deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of l~lorida, known and
described as follows:
Lot 28, Block 8, of SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
at Page 8, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and the said PARTIES of the SECOND PART hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the PARTIES of the FIRST FART, the sum of SEVEN THOUSAN?~
DOLLARS (7,000.00), with interest from date at the rate of
6.6~ per annum as follows:
SEVENTY-FivE DOLLARS (A75.00) upon the signing
of this Agreement, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged;

SEVEPi'I'Y-FIVE DOLLARS (75.00) per month, beginning
October 5, 1962, payable on the 5th day oP each
month thereafter, until the whole be fully paid.
Each installment shall first be applied on the
payment of interest and then on the unpaid balance
of the principal sum.
Said PARTIES of the SECOND PART hereby covenant and agree to pay
all taxes, assessments or impositions that may be legally levied
or imposed on said land subsequent to the year 1962. SECOND PARTIES
further agree to keep the buildings, now or hereAfter on said
land to the maximum insurable value, in a company or companies
