PROMISSORY NOTE FOR VALUE RECF,IVED, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise to pay to the order
crf the payee hercinahove named at its above office the principal amount of this note together with interest at the agreed
rate in monthly installments, all as above stated, said payments to be applied first to said interest then due and the re-
mainder to said principal.
Default in the payment of all or any part of the amount owing hereon at any time or times, shall at the option of
the holder render the entire principal balance and accrued interest immediately due and payable without notice.
The parties to this note, whether principal, endorser ~r endorsers, guarantor or guarantors, surety or sureties, or '
otherwise, hereby severally waive presentment, demand, notice of non-payment and protest and consent that the time of '-
payment may be extended any number of times without notice or previous consent, hereby binding themselves, jointly
and severally, unconditionally, and as original for the fuA pa ent hereof in principal and interest, together
~.•ith actual or reasonable attorney's fees and su court costs as may be allowed by the court, including achral and reason-
able expenses of repossession, storing and selling of any property pledged as security.
In the event of the death of any party to this note, insolvency, act of bankruptcy, or any bankruptcy procec jings by
or against any party to this note, or application for receiver against any party to this note in any capacity, this note shall
immediately mature and become collectible at the option of the said payee or any future holder hereof, without notice or
demand, any agreement or extension notwithstanding.
The. payee herein named is licensed by the State of Florida to make loans under the Small Loan Law of Florida,
Chapter 518 of the Compiled Laws T~f Florida, and nothing herein shall be construed to mean that the part;es to
this note are to pay, or have contracted to pay, in any event, any sum in excess of what may lawfully he charged or con-
tracted for under the provisions of said act.
Each cif us, whether principal, endorser, guarantor, surety, or other party hereto, hereby seve.*ally waives and re-
nounces each for- himself and family any and all liamestead ~r exemption rights, either of us or the family of either of
us, may have :miler or by virtue of the constitution or laws of Florida, or any other State of the United States, as against
this dent nr any renewal thereof.
The undersigned acknowledges receipt of a statement in English as required by Chapter 518.15 of the Compiled
Laws of Florida. -
