The makers and endorsers of this note hereby severally waive presentment, demand, protest and notice of dishonor, and also severally waive the benefit of their homestead or other exemptions as to this obligation. (Seal) ~ _(Seal) i res ent .\~ Za; ; .~ .- And shall. duly, promptly, and fully perform, discharge, execute, effect, complete, and comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions, and covenants of said promissory note and of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and void; and upon final payment as therein provided, Mortgagee shall forthwith render to. Mortgagor, any and all ouch documents as shall be required, in recordable form, to indicate the within mortgage and note has beers satisfied. . And the Mortgagor further covenants as follows: 1. That he will pay all and singular the principal and interest and other sums of money payable by v?rtue of said promissory note and this mortgage, or either, promptly on the days respectively the same severally come due. 2. That he will pay all and singular the taxes, gssessmerts, levies, liabilities, obligations and encumbrances of every nature on said described property before they become delinquent, and if the same be not promptly paid the said Mortgagee may at any time pay the same without waiving or affecting the option to foreclose or any right hereunder, and each and Pvery payment so made shall be immediately due and payable, and shall be secured by the lien of_ this mortgage, and that he will promptly deliver the official receipts therefor to the Mortgagee. 3. That he will pay all and singular the costs, charges, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs of abstracts of title, incurred or paid at any time by the Mortgagee because of the failure on the part of the Mortgagor promptly and fully to perform the agreements and covenants of said promissoryy note and this mortgage, and said costs, charges, and expenses shall be immediately due and payable, and shall be secured by the lien of this mortgage. -~a-
