11. That the iaailingg of a written notice of demand by
registered or certified ma~.l addressed to the owner of record of
the mortgaged premises, or directed to the said owner at the
last address actually ft.rnished to ache Mortgagee, or directed to
said owner at said mortgaged premises, and mailed through~tha
United States mails, shall be sufficient notice and dement. in any
case arising under this instrtunent and required by the provisions
hereof or by law.
12. The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the
.benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties
'Hereto. Whenever used, the singular nuanber shall include the
plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall
include all genders.
Documentary Stamps in the amount of $ ~ ° ~" have been
affixed to the original note and cancelled.
