THIS RIDER is attached to and forms a part of that cer/rain

hereinafter called "Lender," and is identified with said security instr~i-
ment by the signature of the undersigned.
Borrower covenants find .agrees: (i) tiZat it will promptly and
fully keep, perform and comply with all the terms, provisions, coven-
ants, conditions and agreements imposed upon or assumed by it ~s Landlord
(or similar designation) under any lease in effect on the date hereof
covering all ot- any part of the within-described property, hereinafter,
whether one or more, referred to individually and collectively as
"Tenants' leases"; and (ii) that it will not do, or permit anything to
be done,~or omit and refrain from doing anything, the doing or omission
of which will give any tenEnt aright to terminate any of said Tenants'
Leases.
If Borrower shall, in any wanner, fail in any of the above cov-
enants and agreements, Lender may (but shall not be obligated to) take
any action Lender deems necessary or desirable to prevent or cure any
default by Borrower in the performance of or compliance with any of
Borrower's covenants or obligations under any of said Tenants' Leases.
Lender shall have the right to enter upon the within described property
to such extent and as often as Lender, in its sole discretion, deems
necessary or desirable in order to prevent or cure any such default by
Borrower. Lender may expend such sums of money as Lender, in its sole
discretion, deems necessary for any such purpose, and Borrower hereby
agrees to pay to Lender, immediatelyy upon demand, all sums so expended
by Lender, together with interesterhentonerrannume dAl1 sumsaso expended
