- -EXECUTOR' S DEED `
THIS INDENTURE made this 5th day of December, 1962 between
Robert W. Lee~as E.~ecutor of the Estate of A.A. Roper, deceased,
party of the first pa~'t, and Dorothy Grimes, Ellen F. Bates, and
Amo~A. Roper, Jr., heirs of the late A.A. Roper, deceased, party
of the second part, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the said A.A. Roper departed this life in Orange
County, Florida on the 12th day of December, '~.D. 196i, leaving
a Last Will and Testament wherein the party of the first part
was named as Executor therein, and
W~IEREAS, said Last Will and Testament has been duly admitted
to probate on the ~ day of Januarv , 196` by the
County Judge of Orange County, Florida, and
SVHEREAS, the said Robert W. Lee is the duly qualified and
acting executor of the estate of A.A. Roper, deceased, and under
the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament the said
Robert W. Lee is duly empowered to sell and dispose of the real
estate belonging to the said testator at the time of his dewth.
NOW THEREFORE the said party ~f the first part, by virtue
of the power and authority to him given in and by the terms and
provisions of the said Last Will and testament of A.A. Roper, and
in consideration of the devise and bequest made in the Will and
Codicil of the late A.A. Roper, does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey into the party of the second part and his assigns and--
heirs forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 2, Orange Place Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book S, page D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all the here-
ditaments ar~d appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title interest, claim
and demand` whatsoever, which the said decedent had at the timQ
