E. 10th Terrace Fort Lauderdale, Florida hereinafter called the Grantee ,which term shall include when used herein, wherever the context so requires or admits, its successors and assigns, WITNESSETH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars (~ 10.00 ) and other good and valuable considerations, said Grantor do es hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and tract of land situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, of Block 22, of INDRIO, Unit Number One, according to the plat thereof on file in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in slat Book 5, at page 42, LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property as set forth in deed from Regal Petrdeum Corp. to Humble Oil & Refining Company, recorded ir. Official Record Book 42, at page 549, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida: From the quarter corner in the West line of Section 17, 't'ownship 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence South on said :VAst line of Section 17, a distance of 62.5 feet to a point ir3 the Westerly extension of the Southerly right- of-way of Indrio Road (Florindia Blvd.); thence iuii S 89° 29' 04" E on said Southerly right-of-way line a distance of 3269.60 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 22, INDRIO, UNIT NO. ONE, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 42, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence continue S 89° 29' 04" E a distance of 35.43 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein conveyed; thence continue S 89n 29' 04" E a distance of 124.00 feet to the beginning of a curve (P.C.), concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 25 feet; thence run Easterly and S°utherly on the arc of said curve a distance of 28.48 feet to the point of tangsncy (P.T.j of said curve, said point being on the Westerly right-of-way of State Road No. 5 as now laid out and in use; thence run S 24° 13' 04" E on said right-of-way line a distance of 134:00 feet; thence run N 89° 29: 04" W a distance of 140.00 feet; thence rur: N 24`'' 13' 04" W a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning, the above parcel containing exactly 0.4369 acres.
