Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament s,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the Second
Part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the First part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about said sale and
this conveyance the Orders of said Court and the laws of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
