care for, wpt'()ve and rn.alntain the citrus grove now locat~cl 011
the above-described land in good Dtate of cultivation and terti-
li~Rtlont according to the be&t stendards prevailing in the
vicinity of thl..~ land at the [.1roo.
(b) That in case of any default made by the Mortgagor as to
~ither or any of the covenants herein made and enten~d into I and
8 8uit in equity 18 instituted by the Mortgagees to enforce their
rights, the Mortgageea shall be entitled to apply to the Court
having juriadiction of such luit for the appolntmtmt of tl receiver
of all and !Jingular 8aid prop~rty and the rents, issues and profits
therefrom. Such receiver shall have the usual power8 and dutlea.

(e) The Mortg4gee6 may not claim A default for the failun~ to com-
ply with the covenanta and agr~ementB conta1ned 1n paragraph (a)
above until the Mortgagor ehall have failed to correct any such de-
fault within thirty days after 8aid default 3hall hAve been brought
to the attention of the Kortg8gor by the Mortgagees.
