BEFORE me, the undersigned officer, perDonally appeared
SP~~ B~ GILBERT, who upon being first duly sworn, did d~po&e
and say as follows:
That he iD the sor. of the late GEORGE J. GILBERT and grandson
of the late M. J. BURSTON, who were named aa grantees in that f.:er-
tain deed from F. M. Storman and J'..nna Stonnan, his wife, dated
February 19, 1925, recorded March 16, 1925 in Deed Book 60, page
358, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying cer.-
tain properties described therein: that he is familiar with said
property and has Deen for many years: that your affiant and his
sister, the late GERALDINE A. GILBERT (HOROWITZ), were the owners
for many ye~rs of the property adjoining, on tha East, the proper-
ty described in the deed from Storman to Gilbert and Burston re-
corded in said Deed Book 60, page 358: that title to the property
deeded to said Gilbert and Burston in the deed first above described
and the property owned by your affiant and his late sister subse-
quently was conveyed to one Gale de Cordre and wife, and was plat-
ted into 2 eubdivision known as MIP~CLE MANOR SUBDIVISION as per
plat.thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 21 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida: that your affiant i8 familiar with
property which was platted as said MIRACLE MANOR SUBDIVISION and
enclosed within the monuments as placed for said subdivision: that
to his knowledge no one has ever claimed any adverse right of pos-
aess~on or title in and to the said property convey~ to his late
fathe~ and late gran~fa~~er from Sterman, dnd later in~lud~ in the
plat of MrRAC~E MANOR SUBDIVISION: that if any claim, interest, or
right of title or posRa&sion had ever been maae or exercised YGur
