KNJW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS. OORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. a corpora tlon,
by mortgage dated June 1, A. D. 1946. recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County. Florida, in
Mort9~ge Book 60 at page 89. granted and conveyed unto M~TIN
CURRY, his heirs and assigns, the premises therein particularly
deGcribed, to secure the payment of the tum of Ninety TholJ.and
