K':{OW ALL MEN BY TRESE ffiESENTS:
WHEREAS,' heretofore MINUTE MAID CORPORATION, a FloridL cor-
por f.\ti on, by Indenture of Mortgage dated the 15th day of October, A, D.
1956, and record~d in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Courts
of Lake, Orange, Polk, Putn&lJ1, st. Lucie and Volusia Counties in the
State of Florida, granted and convt'yed unto GENTILE BROS. C~,
an Ohio corporation, with its principal p1f\Ce of business in Cincinml1;j,
Ohio, end its successors and assigns, the pr~m1ses, machinery, equip-
ment, goods, chattels, fixtures and per~onal. property, the~ein par-
ticularly described, to secure the payment of the sum, with interest,
8S therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the said Gli1iTILE BROS. COMP!NY, by Assignment of
Mortgage dated the 15th day of October 1956 and duly recorded tn the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit in and for all of the c~unties
in the state of Florida aforesaid, assigned the Indenture ~~ MOrteage
unto WILLIAM H. DIAL, ao Trustee :under the Declaration of Trust for
Lawrence Genti.le, Sr., Leonard Gentile and Victor Gentile; and
WREREAS, IAWRENCE GENTIlE, SR., LEONARD GENTIIE, VICTOR GENTILE
and IAWRENCE GENTIlE, JR. are, as of the date hereof, the owners and
holders of th~ notes secured by the aforesaid Indenture of Mortgage; and
WHEREAS, THE COCA-COrA COMnNY 18 the successor to MINUTE MAID
CORPORATION by Agreement of Merger filed Deaemb~r 30, 1960 and duly recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circ~t Court in and for alJ_ of the
counties aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, full payment of the said notes has been made;
