gas and mineral lease dated August 26, 1953, and recorded in Deed Book 186, at page 49 of the public

This conveyance is made 8ubjed to the following conditiolls and restrictions which shall be constru-
ed as covenants real running with the land to wit:

a manner as prescribed by the St. Lucie County Board of Health. No drainage may be 10catE'd within 25

5. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of structure shall be used as ,a residence, and the lot
