PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ORANGE
WHEREAS, Leverett Shaw Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, did
on the 21 st day of June, 1960, execute a certain crop lien and real estate mortgage,
recorded 1n the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie' County, Florida
in Official Reccrds Book 166 at page 195, to the undersigned;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollc:r ($1.00) to
it in hand paid this 21 st day of January, 1963, the undersigned does hereby cancel and
discharge the lien of the above described instrument insofar as the same applies to the
following parGel of land only, to wit:
~~: The East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section
26. Township 34 South, Range 39 East, LESS canc! rights-of-way of record,
together with any water rights thereunto appertaining, AND begin at the
Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE 1/4) of Section 26, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, run South 49.15"

feet, thence Westerly to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quanef
(NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), which point 15 '46lfeet South of
the Northwest corner thereof; thence North to the Northwest corner of said
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence to the
potnt of beginning. The above-described lands containing 80 acres, more or less.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this release nevertheless shall not in any
way affect or impair the lien of that certain mortgage above described for the sum re-
maining due thereon, or in anywise affect, alter or diminish the lien of said mortgage
on the remaining properties described therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused these presents to
be subscribed in its corporate name by its Secretary-Trea surer, pursuant to the authority
conferred in Section 7, of its by-laws as amended, and its corporate seal to be here-
unto affixed this 21st day of January, 1963.
