BEFORE me, the undersigned offi~er, personally appeared
CH~RLES W. BLOEHM, who being first duly sworn, did depose and say
as follows:
- That he is the son of Rosa Bloehm and the late Court Bloehm,
who were named as grantees in that certain deed from A. B. Hillia~d
and wife dat~ March 26, 1924 recorded May 16, 1924 in Deed Book
54, page 76 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, cor.-
veying ~~e following described property, to-wit:
"The West one acre of the East four acres of the
S " of the SW~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section
9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, containing
five acres, more or less. This being the West
~ of that tract of land deeded by 0' Brien to Lee
in Deed Book 43, page 78";
that he is familiar with said property and has been for many years,
having lived on the property with his parents during his early child-
hood, high school days and until he entered the military service in
World Wa~ II: tllat the property consisted of one acre of land and
adjoined on t..he East land which was conveyed to Sallie A Carl ton
from John B. Starman and wife by deed dated December 16, 1910 re-
corded in Deed Baok 8, page 298, which said deed conveyed the West
one acre of the S~ of the SW~ of the ~E~ of the SW~ of Section 9,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and was subsequently conveyed by
said Sal~A. Carlton (as S>.l~ A. Boykin, formerly Sal~ A. Carl-
ton) and her husband to J. R. Harrison by deed dated December 6,
1923 recorded in Deed Boo~ 49, page 1~6: that said property waa
Rubsequently conveyed by J. R, Harrison and wif~ to George A. Keen
by deed dated July 13, 1940 recorded July 24, 1940 in Deed Book 92,
page 327, public records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida: that your
