RELEASE OF OIL, GASL AND MINERAL RIGHl'S
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between
ALTO ADAMS and CARRA A~~, his wife, parties of the first part
and STRAZZULLA BROTHERS CO., a co-partnership composed of
PHILIP STRAZZULLA, FRANK STRAZZULI.A, and DOMINIC STRAZZUI.LA
parties of the second part:
WHEREAS, the parties of tLe first part, by virtue
of a conveyance dated January 2nd, 1946, and recorded in Deed

Book 120 at page 527 of the public records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, retained certain Mineral, Oil and Gas Rights, together
with the right of ingress and egress upon the properties of
Section 32, Township 34 S, Range 38 E: and
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part have or will
convey, to the Florida State Turnpike Authority, a body cor-
porate and politic, under the laws of the State of Florida
the following described lands:
Parcel 7.3-6
That part of: The W 1/2 of the W 1/2 of Section 32,
T 34 S, R 38 E, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:

of said Section 32: run thence S 01 degrees 05' 57.W,
along the West line of the W 1/2 of the W 1/2 of said
