WHEREAS, the parties of the second'part and the parties
of the first part fo~ good and valuable considerations, have a-
greed to subordinate the rights of the parties of the first part
to the conveyances hereinabove described~xecuted or to be ex-
ecpted by the parties of the second part:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consid~r.ation of the sum
of one Dollar and other valuable considerations, the receipt
whereof is ~ereby acknowledged, the parties of the first p3rt
due hereby' covenant, consent and agree to and with the parties
of the second part, their representatives or aSbigns, that said
Mineral, Gas and Oil Rights and all appurtenances thereto held
by the parties of the first part hereinabove described, is and
shall continlle to be subject and subordinate to the deeds grant-
ed or to be granted as above described by the parties of the
second part, and that they will not interfere, obstruct or
impede in any manner the usage of said property conveyed or
to be conveyed as above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the fir~t part
have affixed their hands and seals, this AI.l-day of January,
1963.
