assigns, from any damage to any remaining lands of the Owners which reaults from
the conveyance severing the above-described real estate from said remaining lands of
Owners, for the purpose of ~on8tructlng and maintaining the Sunohlne State Parkway
u~on the above-described real estate, and from a~y daMage arising from any cause
whatsoever to the date hereof in connection with ~urveying for, drilling in
connection with, and constructing the Sunshine State Parkway.
