maintain on any of aforesaid remaming lands any billboard, sign, notice, poster, adver-
tising device, or other display which is vitd.ble from the travelway of the Sunshine State
Parkway, and which is not at the date hereof in existence. This covenant shall run with
the land.
And the Owners, for themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators,
and assigns, do her-;;by release and forever discharge the Florida State TUJ:npike
Authority, its s~cessors and assigns, frotn any damage to any remaining lands of the
Owners which results from the conveyance severing the above-described real estate
from said remaining lands of Owner sfor the purpose of constructing and maintaining
the Sunshine State Parkway upon the above-described real estate, and from any damage
arising from any cause whatsoever to the date bereof in connection with surveying for,
drilling in connection with, and constructing the Sunshine State Parkway.
