PARTIAL RELEASE OF M)RTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, OORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT mMPANY, a corpora tion,
by mortgage dated June 1, A. D. 1946, recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Mortgage Book 60 at page 89, granted and conveyed unto MARTIN
aJRRY, his heirs and a5ligns, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sum of Ninety Thousand
and No/I00 ($90,000.00) Dollars, with interest as therein
mentioned; which said mortgage was thereafter assigned by MARTIN
CURRY to "JOSEPH P. a.JRRY, TRUSTEE"; and
WHEREAS, the laid N:lRTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY requested
the said JOSEPH P. CURRY, TRUSTEF. to release the premises
hereinafter delcribed, being part of the mortgaged premiles,
from the lien and operation of said mortgagei
NOW, THEREFORE, r~w YE, That the said JOSEPH P. CURRY,
TRUSTEE, as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum
of $1,020.00
to him in hand paid by the said NORTH BEACH
DEVEl.OPMENT COMPANY. a t the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remi~e, relea&e,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of laid mortgage unto the said NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
it successors and assign., all that piece, parcel or tract of
land, being a part of the Drem~r,e' conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
