1963, I executed and filed herein my Certificate of Sale on the
mortgaged property, and that no objections to such salfl have been
filed herein on or before the date hereof, and that ten days have
elapsed since the filing of said Certificate of Sale. The mortgaged
Lot 3, Block 1 of SOOTHERN VIEW ADDITION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9,
page 44, of the Public Recorda of Saint
Lucie County, Florida,
and was sold by me to JOHN B. WATERS and NELLIE RUm WATERS, hl.s wife,
whose address is 229 Garden Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and who now
have title thereto, subject to a first mortgage and taxes.
