complete, comply with and abide by each and every the stipulatic.ns, agree-
ments, conditions and covenants in sai~ promissory note and in this mort-
gage set forth.
9. It is agreed that in the event of a sale of the mortgaged pre-
mises by mortgagor without 'the consent of mortgagee, all sums then due
on the promissory note for which this mortgage is given as security ShRE
forthwith become due and payable and in d2fault of payment, this mortgage
immediately becomes forecloseable in equHy.
10. It is mutually covenanted and &.greed by and between the Mort-
gagor and the Mortgagee that this mortgage and the note ~ecured hereby
constitute a Florida contract and shall be construed according to the laws
of that State.
