THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this ~~~~

. as the duly appointed, qualifien and acting administratrices of
the estate of Eva Delle Braswell, deceased, late of St. Lucie

County, Florida, parties of the first part, and ,DAVID L. ROWE,
of said County and ~hose mailing address is 804 Orange Avenue,
Fort pierce, Florida, party of the second,~art, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1963, upon the petition of said
parties of the first part, the Honorable J. M. Sample, County
Judge in and for st. Lucie County, Florida, 9ranted to said
parties of the first part leave to sell and convey the herein-
after described real and personal property of the said Eva Delle
Braswell, deceased, at private sale to the said party of the
second part for the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($11,000.00)

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in
further consideration of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($11,000.00) purchase money paid at and before the execution and
delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
said parties of the first part have sold, conveyed and transferred
and do hereby sell, convey and transfer unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the property of the
estate of Eva Delle Braswell, deceased, situated in st. Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3 of Block 3 of OAKL~ND PARK, as per
plat of Said subdivision on file in Plat
Book 2, at page 7, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with all the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertilining1 and
