Before me, the undersigne~ authority, personally appeared
1. M. WATERS., who upon being first duly sworn deposes and says:
That your Affiant' is the same I. M. Waters who togethe.r with
his wife Mary Elizabeth Waters, received tit1~ by Warranty Deed
from Clara S. Fassett to those certain lands sftuate in St. Lucie
County, Florida as described and set forth in the above referenced
Warranty Deed which was dated May 6, 1946, and recorded in Deed
Book 124, at page 461, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; further, that your Affiant was personally acquainted
\lith and knew the said Clara S. Fassett and that the said Clara
S. Fassett was a single adult on May 6, 1946, at the time of the
execution and delivery by her of the above referenced Warranty
Deed.
This Affiant sayeth nothing more.
