Lot No. 1 and the Easterly one-half of Lot No. 2 of Block 39 as shown on
plat of Sunland Gardens, said plat havin~ been recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Pierce, Florida on October 14, 19)3
in Plat Book 9, page 67.
The above described tract of land herein conveyed is the same tract of
land conveyed by Sun1and Gardens, Inc. to the above named Grantors herein
by Warranty Deed dated January 13, 1960, recorded in Deed Book 254, pa~es
