Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to administer oaths

and tak'e acknowledgements, JOHN R. TOMLINSON and MYRTLE TOM-
LINSCN, his wife, who, upon being by me first duly sworn, depose
and say: That on June 17, 1953, they became the fee simple owners
of the following described property:
All of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES,
Unit Two, (EXCEPT Lots 23 and 24, of Block
2, thereof), according to the plat of said sub-
division recorded in Plat Book 6, page 40, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That on the g.?If day of fki~u.dAI . 195 s-: they com-
pleted construction of a residence on the following described portion
of the foregoing descl'ibed property:
All that part of Blbck 16 of RIVERDALE YACHT
C.LUB ESTATES, Unit Two, as recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 40, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which lies North of the
extension of Parkland Boulevard, which extension
is 50 feet wide north and south and the centerline
of which is the extended centerline of Parkland
Boulevard as shown on the above described plat.
That they lived in their said residence constructed thereon until June

12, 1958, at which time they sold the o.bove- described property and
improvements thereon to James W. Rutledge and Vera Rutledge, his
wife; that at all times during their occupancy of this property as their
