LEDGE, his wife, who, upon being by me-lirst duly sworn, depose
and say: That on June 12, 1958, they purchased from John J:t. Tom-
lin80n and Myrtle Tomlinson, his wife, the following described pro-
perty, together with all improvements thereon;
All that part of alock 16 of RlVERDALE YACHT
CLUB ESTATES, Unit Two, as recorded in Plat
Boole 6, page 40, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which lies North of the
extension of Parkland Boulevard, which exten-
sion is 50 feet wide norih and south and the
centerline of which is the extended centerline of
Parkland Boulevard as shown on the above des-
cribed plat.
That they l1ved in the house constructed thereon as their residence from
June 12, 1958 up to and including the present date. That during this
time no objections of any kind have been made to them as to the use of
the above described property for residential purposes by any of the
property owners in Riverdale Yacht Club Estates or anyone else.
