Before me, the undersigned a'trthority... personally came and
appeared MICHELINQ.V ARGIN, previously MichelinQ.Lubr;).noj who, upon
her oath depdses and says:
That on June 13, 1957 she and her husband at that time, Vin-
cenzo I..ubrano, were the grantees in that certain warranty deed recorded
in Deed Book 228, page 592, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
covering the following described property:
Lot 8 of Block 12 of FLORIANA PARK,
as per plat thereof on file In Plat Book
2, at page 7, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

Lubrano died leaving your affiant as hi& surviving widow. That on Septem-
ber 1st, 1959 this affiant, as grantor, executed a warranty deed ~onveying
the above described property to Ray H. Bobo and Maude H. Bobo, his wife,
and that this affiant conveyed as thp. surviving widow of Vincenzo Lubrano,
deceased; that through scrivener's error, the given name of Vincenzo Lu-
brano was spelled IViTlcent", and that in fact Vincenzo Lubrano and Vincent
Lubrano were on2 and the same person; and, that from the date of death of
Vincenzo Lubrano, as aforesaid, until the date of the conveyance from this
