gage Book 133, Page 98, granted and conveyed unto WILLIAM HELLER, HARRY
L. FINE, ABE L~O COHEN, JEROME L. STERN, DANIEL G. MILLSTEIN, A. C. FINE.
W~LLIAM JACOBS, BERNARD ROSENBERG AND LOUIS D. COHEN, their heirs,

described, to secure the payment of the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED

one of the Mortgagees, of said Mortgage, as well in consideration of
