KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESmfTS:
WHFJREAS, PATRICIA J. CARRY, a slngle woman, by Indenture of
Mqrtgage dated the 28th day of December. A. D. 1956, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Clrcult Court ln and for the County
of Martin, State of Florlda, 1n Mortgage Book 38, Page 397, and a
d~plicate original recorded tn the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucle". State of Florida, in Mort-
gage Book 133, Page 98, granted and conveyed unto WILLIAM HELLER, HARRY
L. FINE, ABE LEO CO~EN, JEROME L. STERN, DANIEL G. MIL~TEIN, A. C. FINE.
WILLIAM JACOBS, BERNARD ROSENBERG AND LOUIS D. COH~, their heirs,
legal representative~ and assigns, the premises thereln particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED
TWENTY THOUSA.~D FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($1,620,575.00)
DOLLARS with interest as thereln mentioned:
WHEREAS, the said DANIEL G. MILLSTEIN assigned a fractional
interest in said mortgage and a note secured thereby to LOUIS FElLi
AND WHEREAS, THE SAID GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporatIon, the present o~ner of the property referred to in
the above mo~tgage, requested a release of the premises hereinafter
described, being a part of oatd mortgaged premises from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFOHE, KNOW YE, that AB'E LP.O COHEN
o~e of the Mortgagees of Baid Mortgage, as well ln consideration of
the premises as of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED 2IGHTY
AND 01/100 ($11,880.01) DOLLARS , to him in hand paid by the said
GIDIERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, at the time
of execution hereof, the receipt whereof i8 hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said Mortgage unto the saia GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, its successors and assigns, all
that piece, parcel.or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-

1n Plat Book 1, Page 35, of the Public Records of St,
Lucie County.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same with the appurtenances, unto the
said GZNERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, its
successors and assigns, forever, freed, 'exonerated and discharged of
and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereofj Provided
always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contaihod shall in anywise
impair, alter o~ diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the afo~e-
said mortgage on the remaining part of 8~id mortgaged premises not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the
