Customer agrees with the Dealer as follow,:

favor, Customer will not create or permit any Ikn or other ent;umbrance, other than thOle presently existing, to exist on
the above described real property and will not transfer, sell, assign,"'Or in any manner dispo~ of said real property or
any interest therein.
