day of September, 1961, and recorded in the office ot the Clel;'k of the
Circui t Court in and for the County of St.' Lucie, and State of Florida,
in Official Record Book 17, pa{;e 457, at>rtg&ged unto PENINSULAR LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and assigns, Mortgagee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
.um of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), with interest as therein
mentioned;

and LIU...IAN D. BRDWBR, his wife, have reque.ted the said PENINSULAR
LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, to release the p~emises
h.reinafte~ described, being part of said mortgaged premiaes, from the
lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, ntEREFCRBj KNON YR, That the said PENINSULAR LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, as well in consideration
of the premises a8 ot the sum ot Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it in
hand paid by the said WIlLIAM B. MOOELEY t also known as W. B. MCSELEY,
and RlTfH B. MOSELEY, his wife, and GECRGE D. BROWER and LILLIAN D.
BROWER, his wite, at the time of the execution hereof, the rec~ipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of aaid mortgage
unto the said WILLIAM B. MOSBLEY, also known as W. B. MOSELEY, and

his wife, their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of

EXCEPTING, however, rights-of-way for public
roads and drainage canals. '
TO HAVE ~~ TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto

wife, their heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged
of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided

impair, alter or diminish the effect. lien or incumbrance of the afore-
