This mortgage is a second mortgage on the above real estate, being subsequent and
subject to a certaln first mortgage thereon trom the above Mortgagor to First
Federal Savings and Loan ASJJQciation of Fort Pierce, dated February J ~ 196~,
recorded February I '-I 196~, in Official Record Book -57 page 3 ~ in the aMount
of 84,500.00.
Should the above first mortgage become and be in defaUlt. for a period uf thirty
days or more, the above Mortgagees shall have the right and option of paying any
