Mobile Home Subdivision: A subdivision designed and intended for
single family residential use whero residence in such subdivision
is restricted exclusively to residence in mobile homes.
Utility Tr.:.iler: A utility trailer is a device on a wheel or on
wheels \"i th an unloaded gross weight of less than 4,000 pounds
capable of bearing a load cf whatsoever shape, size, or descrip-
tion and cap.'1ble of l--.eing towed behind an automobile,' tract0T,
or other prime mover. For the purposes of this defjnition the
phrase Hutility trailerH shall include, but is not limited there-
by, a IU0gaQ8 trailer, boqt trailer, camping trailer, horse

trailer, mirlget autolTlobile or motor.::?,~le trailer, or any trailer
capable of general piCKUp or utility use.
Add a Subsection 14 to Section 7 as follows:
11. Utility trailers, except those with a gross unloaded
~eiqht of 500 poun~s or less and licensed with HVH tags under
Florida la'd or eligible~for such licensing, may not be parked
or located on any property in the R-1AA district, except where
such utility trailer is parked or located in a building com-
pletely enclosed by roof and walls.
Adri to Schedule of District Requlations:
For 13- 3, B-1, M-l, 1,1-2 and r,!-3 Districts as Special Exceptions:-

uf Sf:lecial exception shall set a time limit of 110t to exceed
one year.
Chrin0e ~ection 13, Subsection 1, Paraqraph l~ Sentence l~
read: A mobile home shall not be consid~red to be permissible
as an "ccessory huilding, except as provided by Special Excep-
tion in certain business and industrial districts.
Chanqe Section 13~ Subsection 4, Paragraph 1 only~ to read: All
parKing or storing of mobile homes in whatsoever manner is pro-
hibitea in residential districts except in R-1C distri~ts. In
R-1C dis~ricts no mobile ho~e shall be parked or stored in resi-
dentially zoned property except in a gruage or other accessory
