That he is authorized to make this Release of Claim of Lien
on behalf of said corporation; ,that in purauance of a contract

with M. E. Ashabraner, d/b/a M & W Maintenance said corporation
furhish~d materials in the iMprovem~nt of the following described
real property:
"
Lots 7, 8 and 9, reviaed plat of HOME ACRES, Unit
No.2, less to street, according to the plat thereof
on fil~ in th~ office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Plorida, in Plat
Book 7, page 42, and the improvem~nts thereon; owned
by John Drondoski,. presently leased to Manhants
Indian River Juices, Inc., a Plorida corporation,
for which there now remains as a balance due on said contract
$717.05, which Claim of Lien is h~reby releah~d and discharg~d
for the consideration of $677.20, and this Release constitutes a

complete discharge of th~ above property from said Lien and a
complete release of Manhan Indian River Juices, Inc. from said
Lien and the under 1 yi ng debt.
KNOW AIJL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Claim of Li~n h~re-
tofore fileetin o. R. Book 29, at page 436, of the public r~cords
II of St. Lucie County, Plorida, is hereby discharged, removed, s.nd
