13. That if the mortgagor default in any at the eovenanUs or qreements contained herein, or in
said note, then the mOl tgagee may perform the aame, and aU expenditures (inc1udin, ~easonable attor-
ney's fees) made by the mortgagee in 80 doini shall draw intere8t at the rate set forth m the no~ secured

14. That the mailing of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner of record of the mortgaged
premises, or directed to tile said owner at the last addresa actually furnished to the mot'tgagee, or directed
to said owner at said mortgaged premises. and mailed by the United States mails, shall be sufficient notice
and demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the ptO',isions hereof or by law.
15. The mortgagor covenants and agrees that 8(\ long sa this mortgage and the said note secured
hereby are insured under the provisions of the National Housing Act, he will not execute or flIt' for record
any instrument which imposes a restriction upon th\:l sale or occupancy of tile mortgaged property on the

The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respec-
tive heirs, executors, administrators, successons, :md assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the
singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall include
all genders.
