RICHARD S. WOODMAN, being first duly sworn, did
depose and say as follows:
1. That he was the Grantee in a certain Warranty Deed whereby
Charles P. Baylis conveyed the above described property to him on
November 13, 1P59, said deed having been filed for record on November
24, 1959, in Deed Book 253, page 81, public records of St. Luci.e
County, Florida.
2. That he was personally acquainted with Charles P. Bay lis
and was his attorney for many years prior to November 13, 1959,
and he knows of his own personal knowlEdge that Charles P. Baylis

was a single man at the time of the execution and delivery of the a fore-
mentioned deed.
