For value leceived, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of HARRIS
CONSTRUCTION CORPORAnON, at theil office in Fort Piorce, Florida, the sum of $ 2.~OO".++++'C' - with
interest from date at the rate of 8.0% per annum, I~ monthly instllHmentl as follows;

becomes due and payable on demand.
